Nelspruit

Nelspruit (also known as Mbombela) is a city in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. It is the capital of the province and the administrative center of the Nelspruit Local Municipality. Nelspruit is located in the Lowveld region of the province, near the border with Swaziland and Mozambique. The city is known for its subtropical climate and its proximity to a number of game reserves and national parks, including the Kruger National Park. Nelspruit is an important economic and transportation hub, with a number of industries located in the city and good road and rail connections to other parts of South Africa. The city is also home to a number of educational institutions, including the University of Mpumalanga.
